Service Agreement

How your project is defined
Your checkout item, proposal or written scope identifies the service, deliverables, revision allowance, payment schedule and exclusions. Work outside that scope requires written approval and may be billed separately.
Website projects
- Website Redesign: $795 total, with a 25% deposit to begin and 75% due before launch.
- New Website: $1,295 total, with a 25% deposit to begin and 75% due before launch.
- Each base website package includes up to five core pages and two revision rounds unless the written scope says otherwise.
- Domain registration, hosting, paid software, ecommerce, copywriting, custom development and extra pages are not included unless specifically listed.
Feedback, access and delays
Clients agree to provide consolidated feedback, content and authorized collaborator access on time. Delays in client materials, decisions or access may move the delivery schedule. For security, use official account invitation features rather than sharing passwords whenever possible.
Approval and launch
Approval confirms acceptance of the reviewed deliverable. Final website balances must be paid before launch, transfer or release of final editable files. Material requested after approval is treated as a new change.
Ownership and portfolio use
Rights to approved final deliverables transfer after full payment, subject to third-party licenses and Menards Marketing’s retained reusable processes and components. We will request permission before presenting client work as a public case study.
Agreement
Purchasing a service or approving a written scope confirms acceptance of the applicable checkout description, these project terms, the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
