Clear, fixed starting points for service-based businesses. We confirm your pages, deliverables, target date, and responsibilities in a written proposal and client-specific agreement before work begins. The prices below are in USD; checkout calculates any applicable tax from your address.
Website Redesign — $1,800
Best for: A functioning site that needs clearer structure, design, and paths to contact. Target: 15 business days after deposit, complete intake, assets, and access.
Included: Redesign of up to five existing core pages on your current platform and theme or builder; navigation cleanup, mobile layout, clearer calls to action, one existing contact path, basic page titles and headings, launch checks, desktop and mobile review, and a handoff summary. You provide approved copy, images, logo, and access. Light clarity edits are included.
Outside this price: Extra pages, full copywriting, branding, photography, paid software, hosting or domain fees, e-commerce, booking, CRM, custom development, and ongoing maintenance. Results such as rankings, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.
Payment and revisions: $450 (25%) deposit to begin, then $1,350 at completion before final files, launch, or handoff. Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope.
New Website Build — $2,800
Best for: A new professional small-business site. Target: 20 business days after deposit, complete intake, assets, and access.
Included: Up to five new, mobile-responsive core pages; structure and navigation; design using your supplied brand assets; one primary contact form or call-to-action path; basic page titles, headings, and launch checks; desktop and mobile review; and a handoff summary. You provide approved copy, images, logo, domain and hosting decisions, and collaborator access.
Outside this price: Domain or hosting fees, paid software, e-commerce, booking, CRM, full copywriting, custom application features, extra pages, and ongoing maintenance. Results such as rankings, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.
Payment and revisions: $700 (25%) deposit to begin, then $2,100 at completion before final files, launch, or handoff. Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope.
Local SEO Foundation — $650 standalone
Website project add-on: $550 while an eligible website project is active. We send that add-on payment link with the project proposal. Target: 7 business days standalone, or alongside the website project.
Included: Review of your services and service area, a concise local keyword and page map, titles, meta descriptions, headings, and local relevance for up to five agreed pages where access permits, a Google Business Profile review checklist, and a completion summary.
Outside this price: Ongoing SEO management, new page copy, backlinks, paid tools, Google Business Profile posting or management, directory cleanup, and ranking or traffic guarantees.
Payment and revisions: Paid in full before work begins. One consolidated correction round for errors or agreed-scope refinements requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
30 Professional Static Graphics — $400 standalone
Website project add-on: $340 while an eligible website project is active. We send that add-on payment link with the project proposal. Target: 10 business days standalone, or alongside the website project.
Included: Thirty distinct branded static graphics based on one agreed brief and supplied rights-cleared assets, approved copy, and imagery; one agreed size or aspect ratio per graphic; PNG or JPG delivery in an organized folder.
Outside this price: Video, animation, photography, original illustration, captions, scheduling, ad setup, paid stock assets, and extra size versions.
Payment and revisions: Paid in full before work begins. One consolidated revision round across the set, requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
Website Growth Retainer
Monthly: $500 at the start of each service month. Annual: $5,000 one-time prepayment for twelve consecutive months, with no automatic renewal. The annual plan has the same monthly scope and saves $1,000 versus twelve monthly payments.
Included each month: A brief priority plan, up to four hours of agreed website, local SEO, or content updates, and a concise summary of completed work and next priorities. One correction round on a submitted deliverable counts toward the four-hour allowance.
Outside this price: A new site or redesign, major new pages, a 30-graphic pack, ad spend or management, paid tools, custom development, unused-hour rollover, and performance guarantees. Additional work needs a written quote. Cancellation, refund, and proration terms are set in the completed client agreement.
Custom additions and next steps
B2B Prospect Lists, CRM integration, e-commerce, booking systems, extra pages, full copywriting, and other custom work are quoted individually. We define deliverables, timing, revisions, deposit, and final payment in writing before work begins.
